
Cosimo’s winery lies in the Chianti Region of Tuscany, producing biodynamic wines and very little, but very delicious extra virgin olive oil of the classic Tuscan olive varieties: Frantoio, Maurino, Leccio del Corno. Striving to reach perfection with Tuscany’s liquid gold, Cosimo extensively analyzed the soil and microclimate of the olive grove’s sub-zones. This way he ensures that all olives are hand picked and selected at the perfect moment.
