Description: The Beaver Dam Pepper is a spicy pepper, named after Beaver Dam, Wis., where it was introduced around 1913 by Hungarian immigrants. To celebrate its heritage, we hand-pack them in a low salt, low vinegar brine with an old world spice profile. Bay leaves, black pepper and coriander accentuate the pepper's unique flavor. The Beaver Dam Pepper is featured on the Slow Food Ark of Taste as a valuable variety on the brink of extinction.
