Their gorgeous color and unique shape resembles a lemon, hence their name. We are accentuating their fresh taste by hand-packing them in a low salt and vinegar brine with just a hint of lemongrass and cayenne to tickle your taste buds.

Suggested as an accompaniment to a cheese or charcuterie plate or as a snack right out of the jar!
