Description: A very delicate and long process is necessary to produce Guido’s Balsamic Dressing Sauce – it is the young version of the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. Pure grape must of lovingly-tended-to estate grapes of the Trebbiano and Lambruschi varieties is slowly cooked for 48 hours after pressing to block fermentation. It is then aged for a minimum of four years in oak vats. It is not a Balsamic Vinegar, hence it does not contain added Vinegar. Nor does it include colorings or caramel. The thick, syrupy consistency is the result of aging alone.
Ingredients: Aged grape must, naturally present sulfites
Volume/Size: 250 ml
