Description: All the ingredients for this spread were grown on the small organic farm Roberta and Giulio tend to in the Tuscan hills close to Florence.

Only the best eggplants were mixed with sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, oregano and a hint of chilli peppers (for that little “kick”) and then blended with their very own Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Which, by the way, has been winning a lot of awards not only in Italy, but also abroad (where the competition is usually much higher, because of all the entries from all over the world).
