Heirloom Savory Salt “Herbal”

Description: For this salt, recipient of Clean Eating Magazine's "Clean Choice Award 2013", Roberta and Giulio pick their estate-grown, organic rosemary, sage, bay leaves, garlic and lemons, chop them up manually and then blend them with fine Italian sea salt.

As the fresh herbs slowly dry in the salt, it seals in the essential oils, making this an "intensely aromatic" (Daily Candy) salt for every occasion. A true all-purpose salt, it is great on everything from popcorn to shortbread cookies!

A dash of this herbal salt will brighten the flavors of salads, soups, sauces, is great on oven roasted potatoes and veggies and perfect for grilling & roasting poultry, meat or fish.
